"Very poorly managed agency. They did not Cancel my Policy as instructed until nearly two months after I requested it. They (as a State Farm Agent) did nothing to help me get my overcharge Refund and after nearly 5 months of waiting, only received a fraction of what I should have been refunded. The office claims there is nothing they can do and "It's all at the Corporate level". The typical cop out/run around response. Staff does not seem to understand regulations of the policies they sell and, more importantly, good customer service. I am angry and disappointed."

"Was looking for new car insurance, but couldn’t get a quote online from State Farm. I submitted my information and specified that I wanted email communications, but I received a phone call. The guy kept calling back asking one question and then hanging up with me. He said he’d call me back in 5 minutes with a quote, and never did. I didn’t bother calling him because it was obvious there was no point. Today I get an email from State Farm saying “review your quote”, go to look at the quote and it’s still not done three days later"

"Terrible customer service. I needed to switch my insurance to non owners insurance. Apparently only 1 person in office can process but she never returns phone calls I've been calling for past month roughly...almost 6 plus different occasions. The other agents in office said she will return phone call but no return call EVER. Once I finally got her on phone took less than 90 seconds to supposedly fix, but low and behold she messed it up again. Carlos Duran duran office is terrible....avoid at all cost unless you like feeling like an unvalued and unappreciated customer. Sad service. Staying with state farm but switching agents."

"I called to pay my premium for auto insurance and Chase Curry helped me do that in a very professional and easy way. He then e mailed me temporary insurance cards to cover me while waiting for the actual cards in the mail. It was done in less than five minutes . Thank you very much Chase."

"It’s about time that I explain the multiple experiences I had with this office. Everyone I speak to treats with with dignity and respect. This is the office that has the home town vibe. I had a an experience a while back that was so stressful . I will never forget Carlos himself went to my home and made sure everything was being done. That’s when I knew this office knows how to keep a customers business. I wish I remembered the names of everyone I spoke to on the phone when I have questions, or just to pay a bill. One name does stand out to me Debbie. She is a sweetheart , takes the time to ensure your concern is addressed and speaks to you as if you were friends for decades.
